 Project Overview  

The YIJIA SOLAR designed ballast system eliminates roof penetrations, using precision calculated concrete weights to secure solar arrays on flat or low slope roofs. Ideal for Japan’s dense urban centers, the 10KW system generates 12,500+ kWh annually—powering 3 households while offsetting 9.5 tons of CO₂ emissions.  

 Technical Innovations  

1. Zero Penetration Assurance:  

    YIJIA SOLAR’s patented ballast trays distribute 18 kg/m² loads evenly, exceeding Japan’s JIS C 8955 wind uplift standards for typhoon zones (up to 160 km/h gusts).  

    10° tilt optimization balances energy yield (1,250 kWh/KW) with snow/rain runoff efficiency.  

2. Roof Preservation:  

    Anodized aluminum rails (A6063T5) prevent corrosion in coastal regions like Okinawa, ensuring 30year structural durability.  

    Modular design allows rapid disassembly for roof maintenance, minimizing downtime.
