Senegal’s solar revolution gains momentum with YIJIA SOLAR’s 127.2KW Aluminum Solar Carport System, a pioneering integration of renewable energy and smart urban infrastructure. Designed to thrive in West Africa’s harsh Sahel climate, this project showcases YIJIA SOLAR’s expertise in delivering high yield, multifunctional solutions for emerging markets.  

 Project Overview  

The YIJIA SOLAR engineered system transforms commercial and residential parking zones into solar powered hubs, generating 178,000+ kWh annually—enough to power 45 Senegalese households. Featuring integrated EV charging stations, it supports Dakar’s urban sustainability goals while offsetting 134 metric tons of CO₂ yearly (equivalent to 32,500 tree seedlings).

1. Climate Adaptive Design:  

    YIJIA SOLAR’s marinegrade aluminum alloy (EN AW6063T6) withstands 55°C heat, 85% humidity, and saltladen Harmattan winds, certified to ISO 9227 corrosion standards.  

    Wind resistant framework (up to 130 km/h) meets Senegal’s NV652013 building codes for storm resilience.  

2. Smart Energy Integration:  

    Dynamic tilt adjustment (15°–30°) optimizes energy capture across dry and rainy seasons, boosting yield by 25%.  

    Prefabricated modular units enable 72hour installation, minimizing disruption to urban traffic flow.
