 Project Overview  

Designed for large scale commercial and community facilities, the YIJIA SOLAR system transforms metal rooftops into robust solar hubs. Generating 48,000+ kWh annually, it powers 12 Vanuatu households while displacing 36 metric tons of CO₂—equivalent to preserving 8 acres of rainforest.

1. YIJIA SOLAR’s Storm Ready Design:  

    Marine grade aluminum alloy (EN AW5754H111) resists salt corrosion (ISO 9227certified), critical for Vanuatu’s coastal zones.  

    Wind tunnel tested to withstand 200 km/h cyclones, exceeding Pacific Class 4 building standards.  

2. Adaptive Energy Harvesting:  

    15°–25° tilt adjustment optimizes solar intake for Vanuatu’s 17°S latitude, boosting yield by 22% vs. fixed systems.  

    Rapid release clamps enable prestorm panel stowing, minimizing storm damage risks.
