YIJIA SOLAR’s 70KW Ground Solar Mounting System redefines large scale renewable energy deployment in Korea, combining industrial grade durability with precision engineering to meet the nation’s ambitious carbon neutrality goals.  Project Overview  

Spanning 1.8 hectares, the YIJIA SOLAR designed system employs bifacial panels on hotdip galvanized steel structures, optimized for Korea’s variable weather patterns. Generating 92,000+ kWh annually, the installation powers 25 households while offsetting 68 metric tons of CO₂—equivalent to removing 15 gasoline powered vehicles from roads.  

 Technical Advancements  

1. Alpine Grade Resilience:  

    YIJIA SOLAR’s proprietary S550GD+Z steel framework withstands 20°C winters, 160 km/h typhoon gusts, and 1.5 kN/m² snow loads, exceeding KS D 3504 standards.  

    Anticorrosion nanocoating ensures 30year lifespan despite coastal humidity and industrial pollution.  

2. Energy Optimization:  

    Sing leaxis trackers with 25°–40° tilt adjust ability boost yield by 28%, achieving 1,315 kWh/KW/year efficiency.  

    Modular design allows expansion to 100KW, aligning with Korea’s 2030 target of 40GW solar capacity.
